 Few kilometer down from Gangtok proper town Banjhakri water fall is the best place to take a look at  and the park is is so beautiful and peaceful that you wont want to leave the place. You have to pay the entry fee before entering the park and there ample parking space if you have drove by yourself. The waterfall area is accessible however your not permitted to play around it just below the waterfall as it may be risk because sometimes the heavy rainfall in upper area may cause sudden increase in water level of the falls.
